We have a tenatative list of results done from the second tournament and will be emailing it to each teacher to double check. We believe we have caught most of the changes and will be giving people the appropriate results and awards, but there could still be some mistakes, so please make sure that pairings and rounds of your team are correct.

This tournament highlights the need for everyone to do a few things

1) We definatly need to have the pretournament registrations submitted early, some teams did a good job with this and others still did not have anything in until friday afternoon. The late registrations are a big part of the reason that the round 1 pairings came out so late.

2) Everyone needs to go to the round they are scheduled to go to, the swaping of partners teams and divisons this weekend is what has delayed the tabulation of the awards fro so long. This is not a question of blame, different folks all had a different part in this including our staff, but we all need to make an effort in the future to make sure that the debate the pairing says is occuring is occuring.

3)There where alot of changes before the tournament this weekend. These are much easier for us if we know about them before the bus arrives. Please try to avoid making day of changes that are not essintial, rearranging partners on the day of the tournment is very complicated and increaes the possibility of error.
