Hello these are additional notes for the December 19th Snow Makeup Tournament, the previous tournament 3 notes still apply unless otherwise noted.

1) Busses- We would like to know how many students you will be brining by Tuesday at 6:00 PM. We will try to release the bus schedule by Wednesday . We really need your help on this because we could have problems if we just used the existing schedule and we do not want any delays because of potential transportation delays.

2) Registration- a) this will be treated as a different tournament than the one that was cancelled, which means you need to register again. If your registration is exactly the same as it was last week, let me know that, otherwise submit a new registration. The DEADLINE THIS WEEK IS 10:00 AM THURDAY DECEMBER 15TH

b) the snow saved some of you, if you do not pre register your students will not be allowed to debate and you will be considered in violation of your contract and your pay will be reduced accordingly. Pre-Register at http://www.budl.org/form_tournreg_m . Please help us make this transition to smoother more efficient tournaments so that the experience that you and your students have is as good as possible.

3) Problems- If you have problems with the Monday date, please let us know if there is anything we can do to help.

4) Contacting Me- Many of you have tried to call the BUDL cell phone in the last few weeks and I apologize for not being able to answer it or retrieve messages, but I have had cingular fix the sim card for good this time and the phone is in working order again.
