WALBROOK — With all of the bumps on the road to success, it comes to no surprise that we are on that road. Walbrook has endured many changes for the best and for the worst. The changes have been from new administrators, fires, drugs, and guns. Yet with all of that we have succeeded. Our team has grown to enourmous numbers and the debate knowledge has expanded. The love of debate has grown despite the problems.

With all of the bad attention it was about time that we got good attention. Our debate team has shunned light on the urban youth today and showed that we have brains that can comprehend and say something meaniful. We have done public debates all over the city in such places as police headquaters, townhall meetings, and universities. We have also been the target of positive media such as The Sun, AFRO, WZJ 13, and WBAL 11 doing spots on us.

With the slip up at the first tournament(7th place) over we have been able to move past that(1st place) and we are going to get the big one (1st place in the city). So look out cause Walbrook's back on the road to success.
