High School Tournament #1 at Catonsville HS

This one counts as both a BCFL and a BUDL tournament. There is also a novice workshop and an important coaches meeting discussing the possibility of hosting CFL nationals.
Sweepstakes are determined by total wins; ties are broken first by the number of teams fielded and then by varsity, jv, and novice wins.
