SpAr at the Harbor
Andreas introduced the crowd of tourists to the idea of SpAr debating, and two debaters debated the topic: Resolved that Baltimore City Schools are both separate and unequal. Zachary Taylor was affirmative. Adam Jackson of Digital Harbor argued the negative side.
