Celebrating Success 2 Debate

Debaters from Carver and Mervo debate US policy toward the Congo.\ Celebrating Success II will be the second annual special evening when friends\ and sponsors of the Baltimore Urban Debate League gather together with Dr. Bonnie\ Copeland, Mayor Martin O\u2019Malley, Chief Judge Robert Bell and other civic\ and corporate leaders to celebrate the personal achievements and academic accomplishments\ of the 500 Baltimore City Public High School Students who have participated\ in the League\u2019s 2004-2005 season of competitive high school debate.
