SAT Prep Classes Start Soon!!!
This 6-7 week course will teach you all of the strategies you need to get a great score on the December 4th Test! Practice tests, subject area review, tips & tricks - our curriculum was developed in conjunction with top test prep companies. CA-BUDL wants to level the playing field of college for you with this free course. More information coming soon!

Thursday October 14th and Friday October 15th, Lauryn will be holding office hours for students who have any college related questions. Stop by the BUDL office (2601 N. Howard St. Suite 150) anytime between 10:00 am and 4:00pm on either day to meet.

Frostburg State University is having an Open House on Saturday October 16th beginning at 10 am for those of you who are interested. Click HERE for more details.

Job Announcements:
The BUDL Apprenticeship/ College Access Program is looking to fill FIVE positions as a College Access Program Associate! This position is open to BUDL high school students (strong preference to juniors and seniors), it will require 5 hours per week and associates will work directly under the College Access Program Coordinator (Lauryn). The position will involve working on publicizing College Access Events and Programs, helping to plan and facilitate 2-3 PD (school closed) days, researching college access updates and posting for online posts, recruiting fellow students to participate in college access opportunities, conduct peer surveys and help with program logistics planning. Tip of the Week:
Be mindful of application deadlines! Colleges open your "file" as soon as they recieve your completed paper or online application. Therefore if you have not taken the SAT or want to retake it or if you haven't received your final letter of recommendation yet, do not let that prevent you from mailing in the application materials you DO have!
